For returns: Please contact us within 5 days if you received damaged goods, we will give you a RMA number. Returns and exchanges are accepted for unused, damaged goods and must be shipped out within 14 days of receipt. Please include original packaging, sales receipt and the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number with your return. All pillows are printed on demand, all trays and furniture are hand painted and finished specifically for each buyer so please keep that in mind if you have any issues or concerns. Colors may vary slightly from their appearance on the website due to differences in screen and monitor settings. If you aren't completely satisfied, please let us know. We aim to please!
